1. Operator and contact
Doppio is operated by Luis-0508. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent through my public GitHub profile at github.com/Luis-0508. Include your Discord user ID when requesting deletion so I can identify the stored records.
2. Data Doppio processes
Doppio processes only information needed to provide its features, preserve game state, perform requested moderation actions and secure administrative operations.
This can include Discord user IDs, guild IDs and channel IDs; Lira balances, inventory items, Stands and Stand stats; cooldowns; fight and trade preferences; pending Stand offers; fights, trades, gangs and gang membership; server language settings; channel lockdown restoration state; bot-admin assignments; owner confirmations; and administrative audit records.
For profile-style commands, Doppio may read information supplied by Discord at request time, such as username, avatar, nickname, join date, public Discord badges and role information. Doppio does not maintain a general member-profile database for this purpose.
3. Message content and direct messages
Doppio does not request Discord's Message Content privileged intent and does not keep a history of normal message content or private messages. Slash-command options and button interactions are processed only as needed to execute the requested feature.
4. External services
Discord is required for bot operation and supplies account, server and interaction data. Open-Meteo receives the location text entered for /weather; Doppio does not store that location. If vote rewards are enabled, Top.gg may be queried to determine whether a Discord user has an eligible vote, and Doppio stores only the information needed to avoid rewarding the same vote twice.
5. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to provide requested bot features, preserve progress, keep transactions consistent, respect user preferences, perform moderation requested by authorized server members, prevent abuse and secure owner/admin operations. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested service and the operator's legitimate interest in running it safely and reliably.
6. Sharing and sale
Doppio does not sell personal data. Information is sent only to the external services described above when required for the feature being used, or disclosed where required by applicable law.
7. Retention
Persistent game and configuration data can be kept while it is needed to operate Doppio and preserve progress. Temporary interaction records are retained only as long as needed to safely resolve the associated action. Administrative audit records can be retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
8. Deletion and data requests
You may request deletion of data associated with your Discord user ID using the contact method above. Some minimal records may be retained where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or the integrity of the service.
9. Security
Doppio uses access controls, transactional database operations, restricted owner/admin roles and audit logging to reduce unauthorized or inconsistent changes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when Doppio's features, data processing or legal requirements change. The current published version applies.
