1. Eligibility and Discord rules
You may use Doppio only if you are allowed to use Discord under Discord's own terms and applicable law. You are also responsible for following the rules of the Discord server in which you use the bot.
2. Service
Doppio is a fan-made Discord bot with JoJo-themed game features, virtual currency and items, Stands, fights, trades, gangs, fun and utility commands, and optional moderation tools.
3. Virtual items and currency
Lira, Stands, items, badges and other Doppio game data are virtual features of the service. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money and do not create ownership rights outside Doppio.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Doppio to abuse, harass, impersonate, exploit, disrupt or harm other users, servers, Discord, Doppio or its infrastructure. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, exploit bugs for unfair advantage or access functionality or data you are not authorized to use.
5. Moderation and administrative tools
Some commands are restricted to Discord server moderators, Doppio bot-admins or Doppio owners. Server moderation actions are performed at the request of authorized server members. Owner-only maintenance tools may change game state without normal user consent where that is the documented purpose of the tool.
6. Availability and changes
Doppio is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may change, be limited, temporarily disabled or discontinued. Maintenance, outages, API changes, bugs or third-party service issues may affect availability.
7. Enforcement
Access to Doppio may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with Discord rules or applicable law, investigate abuse or prevent harm to users or infrastructure.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Doppio is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, permanent data preservation or error-free behavior. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, Doppio. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
Doppio is an independent fan project. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure names, characters and related intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. Discord trademarks and services belong to Discord Inc. These terms do not grant rights in third-party intellectual property.

How Doppio processes information is described in the Privacy Policy.
